As a university graduate and passionate about marketing, my dream and professional goal was to hold the position of Brand Manager at a recognized company. After a few years, I achieved it, and my goals changed; I increasingly sought to occupy higher-ranking positions, and that's how I grew and developed. Each position was more important than the last and came with greater responsibility.


As my professional career grew and I took on new roles, I also understood that the achievements and positions held were fading into oblivion. However, what remained in my memory were the moments and experiences shared with others, the gratitude for everything I had learned from them and vice versa, the way they had transformed my life and I theirs.


Growing professionally is very rewarding; it helps you develop and also take on greater responsibilities so that you can serve a vast amount of people. But the most rewarding thing is #TheLegacy that you, as a leader, can leave behind in all those interactions with so many individuals.
