After more than 20 years holding various management positions and successfully leading teams in several countries, today I want to share with you the launch of my book "The Legacy." This is a short story about #leadership that seeks to narrate, in an entertaining way, various concepts about how #leaders can inspire and thus achieve the best results. The book recounts the challenges faced by an executive in his company and within the locker room of a youth soccer team. Through these experiences, a simple and practical #leadership model is presented, which can be applied by anyone who chooses this path. I would like to thank everyone with whom I have interacted throughout my professional career, who has served as a source and inspiration for this work.
