Our UNLOCK ENGINE purpose and team workshop is designed based on the principles and behaviors of the ELIAS leadership model. The goal is to align individuals and teams toward a common purpose that will allow them to lay the foundation for achieving high performance standards in developing corporate strategy. We seek to have individuals reflect on their vision of the future, the possibilities, the consensus between success and failure, and the fundamental elements for achieving or avoiding it. The exercise allows for the alignment of purpose, ambition, and shared strategy.
